**Buyers' are always invited and encouraged to schedule a viewing of items prior to bidding as the time to inspect is before you buy; not after.

**Pick up of items is at the auction house in Spencerville on Tuesday Sept 26th or Wednesday Sept 27th between 3-6pm.  Please understand we do not have the space or manpower to hold items over beyond the pick up times. Anything not claimed in that scheduled time will be deemed forfeit at buyers' expense. 

**Staff are not permitted to load vehicles; please come prepared to load.
