Online auction begins at 8AM on Tuesday May 13TH and closes (soft/staggered) at 4PM on Sunday May 18th, 2025.
​**All items are sold in AS IS condition; buyers are encouraged to preview items by arranging an appointment with our office. The opportunities to inspect are before you bid - not after you have bought. We cannot accommodate Sunday Viewings.

**Pick up of winnings is at the Auction House on TUESDAY MAY 20TH AND WEDNESDAY MAY 21ST  between 3-6pm.  Anything not claimed by May 21st at 6pm will be considered willfully abandoned by buyer. 

** Lastly, buyer's must come prepared to load their winnings; our staff are not permitted to do so. Please come prepared.

SOFTWARE CHANGE REMINDER!!

We have switched our software provider to Southern Ontario born "Quickbids.biz" in recent weeks. Bidder's will appreciate in an economic climate of increase that this change has allowed us to REDUCE our buyers' premium to 8%. Bidders should be aware that invoicing and emails will generate from the quickbids.biz URL and they may have to check Junk or spam folders. We appreciate some bidders may need assistance; but we are confident buyers will navigate the transition and we are prepared to support when needed.
We understand firsthand that change is not without challenge however, we feel it is worthwhile to keep costs low while supporting homegrown industry. Thank you for your continued support
