**All items are sold in AS IS/WHERE IS condition; buyers are encouraged to view in person by contacting our office.
**Pick up of winning bids is on TUESDAY JULY 22ND AND WEDNESDAY JULY 23RD between 3-6PM at the Auction House.
**Successful bidders should check their spam/junk folder for invoices and Please come prepared to load your winnings. Our staff are not permitted to do so.
**Shipping can be arranged on small items, through Canada Post or Fedex plus handling fee, at full cost to buyer (confirmation must be sought PRIOR to bidding)
