**All items are sold in AS IS/WHERE IS condition; buyers are encouraged to view in person by contacting our office or by stopping in on Wednesday January 14th between 3-5:30pm.

**Pick up of winning bids is on TUESDAY JANUARY 20th AND WEDNESDAY JANUARY 21st between 3-6PM at the Auction House.

**Successful bidders should check their spam/junk folder for invoices and please come prepared to load your winnings. Our staff are not permitted to do so.

**Shipping can be arranged, through Canada Post or Fedex plus handling fee, at full cost to buyer (confirmation must be sought prior to bidding).
