​**All items are sold in AS IS/WHERE IS condition; buyers are encouraged to view in person by contacting our office or drop in on Wednesday Feb. 4th between 3-5:30.
**Pick up of winning bids is on TUESDAY FEBRUARY 10th AND WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 11th between 3-6PM at the Auction House.
**Successful bidders should check their spam/junk folder for invoices and please come prepared to load your winnings. Our staff are not permitted to do so.
**Shipping can be arranged, through Canada Post, at full cost to buyer (confirmation must be sought prior to bidding).
