**Pick up of winnings is at the PRESCOTT ADDRESS on Tuesday April 22ND and/or Wednesday April 23RD between 3-6pm. As an on location auction we will not have access to the property outside of the designated pick up times. Anything remaining after 6PM on Wednesday April 23RD will be considered willfully abandoned by buyer and unattainable by the Auction House.
**Buyers must come prepared to load their winnings; our Staff are not permitted to do so.

Bidder's will appreciate in an economic climate of increase that this change has allowed us to REDUCE our buyers' premium to 8%.
